The simple answer is: WATER. Yes, you read that right, WATER, but not just any old water - We use electrolyzed reduced water, often called ERW or ionized water. This water is used in hospitals and medical facilities al over the World. Patented electrolysis machines take regular tap water, filter out impurities, and then separates the hydrogen and oxygen in the water, which is called electrolysis or ionization. The ionization process produces several waters ranging from a Strong 2.5pH Disinfectant Water to a 11.5 pH emulsifying Water. 7 types of waters are produced through ZeroChem Cleaning Services patented machines, each serving several purposes allowing us the ability to clean your home in a healthy and safe manner without using harsh chemicals. -"ZeroChem Cleaning Services"
Strong Acidic Water 2.5 pH
Purpose: Used to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces with a 99.9 effective rate within 30 seconds of contact.
Mild Acidic Water 4.5 - 6.0 pH
Purpose: Used for floors, countertops, stainless steel, glass & mirrors for a clean, glossy and streak free surface.
Strong Alkaline Water 11.5 pH
Purpose: Used to cut through hard to clean dirt, oil and grease spots, remove stains from ovens, stove tops, grills and those hard to clean places.
